The dress code is formal. Floor-length gowns, elevated cocktail dresses, or dressy separates are all wonderful choices. Suits with a tie are encouraged. The ceremony will take place in the garden chapel, followed by a terrace cocktail hour and an indoor reception. While most of the event is on solid ground, you may encounter grass when moving between spaces, so please plan footwear accordingly if you choose to take that route. Late August can be warm, so feel free to opt for lighter fabrics and breathable styles.

Meal selections prior to the event are not required as your dinner order will be taken onsite on the wedding day right at your table. We look forward to enjoying a wonderful meal with you in celebration of our wedding.

Yes, there is ample parking available at Whistle Bear Golf Club. Please do not drink & drive. Cars may be left at the venue overnight to be picked up by 11:00am the next day.

We ask that all guests kindly RSVP to the wedding by July 1st 2026.

We ask all guests to arrive to the venue for 2:00pm to allow for time to find parking, get to the ceremony space and find a spot to sit. Our wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30pm.
